Deliveries will be made the following business day if orders are placed before 2pm that day. This applies to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia. Orders placed after 2pm each business day will be delivered within 2 business days from the time of order [excluding weekends]. Deliveries to areas excluded from the above policy will be delivered according to AusPost delivery routes and generally within 2-5 days. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a public holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next business day.
During high peak times such as Sale periods, orders may not be dispatched the same day if an order is placed before 2pm. However we will insure it gets sent out the following day at least.
Saturday Deliveries - We now deliver on a Saturday! If you place your order before 2pm on any Friday (excluding the weekend of a public holiday) we will deliver the very next day in time for Saturday night! Ensure you write 'Saturday Delivery' in the notes section when you place your order. The service is only applicable for orders travelling within Victoria across most metropolitan and major regional areas as we are located in Melbourne.
For Australian deliveries, all orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee and your order will be sent out via Australia Post Express. For all orders over $100, express delivery will be FREE.
Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen on the same business day we get your order if your order is prior to 2pm), we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code and a link for you to track how far away your order is to your door.
Once parcels are deemed 'delivered' by Australia Post the responsibility, ownership and liability transfer to you as the recipient. If you have any issues with delivery, as the recipient you will need to contact Australia Post and launch an investigation.
All orders $300 and over - Delivery is FREE
International delivery is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel. Delivery costs are $25 - $50 to all international destinations if the order is under $300. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars.
We send all of our International parcels via Australian Standard Tracked Delivery. This usually takes between 3 - 10 working days to be delivered anywhere in the world. This timeframe is approximate as we have no control over how long customs in your country may hold onto your parcel for. If you have any queries, please contact your national postal service and quote your tracking number.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation with a unique tracking code. As soon as the parcel leaves Australia it is no longer trackable through Australia Post. To track your order, simply enter the unique tracking code into your national postal service's website. For example, to track an order that is being delivered in the USA, log on to the USPS website to track.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY
Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our customer care team at [email@example.com]. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
Delivery of returns back to Saint Bowery (if the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer) is free.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
In addition to your rights in relation to faulty goods, you have 7 days to return your goods to Saint Bowery from the date you receive your order and 20 days on international online orders. The item needs to be delivered to us within the 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
We are more than happy to offer you a refund or an exchange on full-priced items upon inspection on return (excluding delivery costs of $10 for Australia and the postage that was paid ($25 or $50 for International orders). Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, credits or refunds on any Sale Items.
Please allow 3 business days for your refund/credit to be processed.
FLASH SALES - In the instance in which we do a Flash Sale and supply a discount code for you to apply at the checkout, we only offer an exchange on these goods.
INTRODUCTORY $20 DISCOUNT CODE - If you choose to apply your one time $20 discount code to an order, the order is eligible for an exchange or credit only, as above.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, some goods cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty, these include, sunglasses, swimwear and earrings.
If you change your mind about the goods (including the size or colour), the goods returned must be in their original condition. The garment needs to be unworn, unwashed and all tags attached. Saint Bowery reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition. Items which smell of deodorant/perfume or have make up/tanning marks will not be accepted so please be careful when trying your garment on.
Delivery of goods back to Saint Bowery if you change your mind are to be paid by the customer. However, we offer complimentary outward postage for your first size change.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM BACK TO US
Returns are to be posted by Australia Post only.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and we will issue you a Return Authorisation number.
Once approved, send it on through to the below address.
Please note: You must email us first in order to post your order back to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. You must receive a Return Authorisation number for the goods to be processed.
